MONSUWIwants every customer to be a happy, satisfied and returning customer.


MONSUWI sale is applicable only in India.

Replacement-Terms & Conditions

If the customer receives any defective/mismatch product, within 48 hours of the receipt the customer can contact the customer service for further proceedings.

The customer shall register the complaint/defect of the product within 48 hours from the receipt of the product through email or by calling the MONSUWI  customer service for getting complaint registration number.

After getting confirmation from the customer care, the products should be returned in the original condition with the registered complaint number which has provided by the company. The product should be returned with:

A. Original packaging and accessories. The product must be in original condition.

B. Original serial number.

C. Original package with the price tags, labels, freebies and accessories along with the original    Invoice.

D. Products which were sold as combos/sets have to be returned as such.

After the above mentioned time period, the customer shall contact to the respective Brand Service Center directly. Such complaints shall be solely under the scope of respective manufacturers after sales service policy

In case of non-availability of the stock, the company shall refund the full amount paid by the customer. The refund will be credited according to the time period mentioned in the Refund Policy.

The refunds are done by credit/debit card account used for the transaction.

The customer shall not be eligible to get any compensation for any reason whatsoever, including non-availability of the product, delay in service. All home appliances, small domestic appliance, mobiles and electronics items will be replaced subject to the warranty and guarantee terms of the manufacturer with a valid receipt.

The return policies are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after the product despatched by the company
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning/misuse of the product.
  • Physical damage of the product by the customer
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If the returned product is incomplete, damaged or scratched by the customer, it will not be replaced/refunded in any manner.
  • If the customer returned a product without the complaint registration number, then the MONSUWI shall not be liable to accept the product under any circumstances.

In case of any replacement, the company will not be liable for any sort of compensation whatsoever to the customer.

Delivery Policy

A. All orders are subject to the availability of the product.

B. An estimated delivery time will be provided to the customer once the order is placed. An email confirmation/notification will be sent to the customer.

C. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.

D.  In case of Non-acceptance of the product after due intimation, delivery charges and 5% of value of the product will be deducted from the customer.

Events Out of Our Control

The company shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of the obligations, due to any unforeseen events or force majeure. This events includes any act, non-happening, omission, commission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

1. Strikes, harthal, lock-outs or other industrial unrest.

2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster calamities.

4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport conveyance.

5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.

6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by the government/court.

Cancellation of order by MONSUWI

1. Product No Longer Available or Temporarily Out Of Stock

2. Limitations on Quantities Available For Purchase

3. Inaccuracies or Mistakes in Product or Pricing or Promotion Information

4. Problems/defects Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Detection Department

5. Inaccurate Or vague Address.

6. Non-Serviceable Locations


The Customer has to agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website. The customer shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by the customer, i.e. in any transaction, the customer must use his/her own credit/ debit card. The information provided by the customer will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The customer will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their credit/ debit card details. MONSUWI expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/ debit card.

2. MONSUWI shall not be liable for; whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction.

Governing Law

The customer agrees that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, the Terms of Use or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between the customer and the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts/Forum at Ernakulam, Kerala state and the customer hereby accedes to and accepts the jurisdiction of such courts/forum.

Delivery and pick up Policy

1.        We endeavor to ship your order within 7 business days - Standard UK delivery is normally within 5 to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in 7 to 10 business days.

2.        Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.

3.        If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 5 business days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.

4.        We may deliver the Goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock we reserve the right to substitute it with smaller pack sizes, making up the required quantity, and/or another Brand of similar quality. Failing this we will either a) automatically refund the item or, b) if the item(s) represent a major part of your order, we would email you to advise you of the situation, with potential options, and request your advice on how you would like to proceed.

5.        Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. Where delivery instructions are left, that is without signature, we cannot not be held responsible for any missing goods. For example, if you request us to keep the goods in a place outside your home or, in an outhouse that could be accessed by 3rd parties. The risk lies with you.

6.        All Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the Goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.

7.        Signing "Unchecked", "Not Checked" or similar is not acceptable.

8.        When Goods are sent by post. We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have despatched your order.

9.        If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

10.      Time for delivery specified on the order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.

11.      We are happy for you to pick up Goods from our shop/ warehouse provided you make an appointment in advance and payment has been received into our bank.

12.      If you pick up Goods from our premises then:

12.1  we will not be able to assist you in loading heavy items;

12.2 Goods are at your risk from the moment they are picked up by you or your Carrier from our shop / warehouse;

12.3  you agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you take possession of the Goods, both on and off our premises, including damage to property of any sort, belonging to any person.

13.      Our standard Delivery charges are listed under “Delivery Options” in our website. Delivery charges are calculated based on the order value and your postcode area. All charges are based on a maximum weight of 20kg including packing. For larger packages, please contact us before placing your order.
